Store Policies

As a consignor you will receive 40% of the sale price.

We use an Automated Sales System, which sends you an email when your item sells.  So, you can see how your items are doing.

When your term is up we will process your items for return, you will receive an email to come pick-up your unsold items.

You must pick-up your items within one week of notice.  If you do not/ cannot pick-up your items, they will be sent to charity.

We pay by cash for credit amounts of $50 and under.  Etransfer payments are available for higher amounts, cheque payment is available upon request. Please allow a few days processing when payment is requested.

*Remember payment is available at the end of your 90 day term…  You can always use your credit in-store to shop!

  • We cannot be responsible for loss or damage
  • Clothes are left at your own risk
  • Steaming/Cleaning charges may occur
  • We select items based on our clientele and current inventory
  • We have sales throughout the season in order to make room for all the amazing items coming in
